1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, platform, service or deliverable provided by Ceazy Technologies (“Ceazy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, please do not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, clients, partners, visitors, and other persons who interact with our services or platforms, whether or not you have a formal account.

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


2. Definitions

To promote clarity and uniform understanding throughout this document, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

  • “Services” means all professional, technical, digital, creative or interactive features, deliverables, products or support offered by Ceazy, including but not limited to Roblox building/animation/scripting/UI design commissions, full-stack Roblox game development, web development, Discord bot development, Discord server setup and customization, graphic design (GFX), and other related services.

  • “Commission” means a custom service or project ordered from Ceazy under a quote/agreement with a client.

  • “Giveaway Reward” means any credit, product credit, or similar benefit awarded as part of a giveaway (including mutual giveaways, sponsored giveaways and our own giveaways). Giveaway Rewards do not include free commissions.

  • “Partnership” means any collaboration or affiliation between Ceazy and a third-party server, community, organisation or project, as per our Partnership Policy.

  • “You”, “Your” means you as an individual or entity interacting with Ceazy, including as a client, partner, participant in giveaways or a visitor to our service platforms.


3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement or, if you are acting on behalf of an entity, that you have the requisite authority to bind such entity.

You must ensure that all information you provide to us is true, complete and up-to-date. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms.

If you are using our services on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to bind that person or organisation.


4. Services, Orders & Commissions


4.1 Order Process & Payment Terms

When you order a commission, the following payment structure applies:

  • 50% upfront payment before work begins.

  • 50% final payment upon project completion (as defined in the quote/planning stage).

This two-part payment system applies only to commissions.

For all other Ceazy services — including products, sponsored giveaways, advertisements, or similar one-time transactions — payment is due in full and upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.

The deadline for delivery and total price will be set in the project planning phase and agreed before work begins.

Work begins only after the required payment is received.


4.2 Delivery & Acceptance

Ceazy will deliver the work as per the agreed deliverables and deadline.

Upon completion, you will be asked to make the final payment. Once approved and paid in full, the project is considered complete.

Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional cost or extended deadlines.

Ceazy is not responsible for delays caused by late responses, incomplete briefs, change in scope, or other client-side issues.


5. Giveaway Reward Claiming Policy

If you receive a Giveaway Reward from Ceazy — including sponsored, mutual, or internal giveaways — you agree that:

  • After selecting a product from our product catalog, processing may take up to 48 hours.

  • Giveaway Rewards apply only to product catalog items, not free custom commissions.

  • Rewards must be redeemed within 14 days or they will expire permanently.

  • If your chosen catalog item exceeds the credit amount, you must pay the difference.

  • Mutual or sponsored giveaways hosted in our server are not covered by Ceazy.
    Their rewards are provided and funded by the hosting partner server.


6. Partnership Policy

6.1 Partnership Overview

Ceazy may establish partnerships with communities or organizations aligned with our values. Partnerships are not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time.


6.2 Requirements

Partners must:

  • Follow Discord ToS and Community Guidelines.

  • Maintain a safe, active environment.

  • Display Ceazy’s partnership listing.

  • Avoid misrepresentation or impersonation.


6.3 Rights & Responsibilities

Partners agree that:

  • Ceazy does not send representatives to manage partner servers.

  • Ceazy may terminate partnerships at any time if the listing is removed or rules are violated.

  • Ceazy’s branding may be used only with written permission.


6.4 Termination

Either party may terminate a partnership at any time. Rule-breakers may be blacklisted from future partnerships.


7. Advertising Policy

Advertising servers or content involving NSFW, scams, self-harm, or ToS-violating material is prohibited.

Violations result in permanent blacklist from Ceazy.

Ceazy may revoke advertising privileges at any time without refund.


8. Sponsorship Policy

Sponsorship pricing and terms are listed in our Discord or official channels. Terms do not change after payment.

Updated as requested:

  • You may change the provided server invite link (if required) as long as the server does not violate platform terms. Changing the invite will not restart the giveaway period.

Ceazy may discontinue a giveaway if the linked server violates platform rules. No refund will be issued.


9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Ceazy remains owned by Ceazy unless transferred in writing.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer or adapt deliverables beyond granted license rights.

Ceazy may showcase the project in portfolios unless you request otherwise.


10. Content License & User Conduct

You may not:

  • Engage in illegal, harmful, or unethical behaviour.

  • Upload infringing content.

  • Impersonate others.

  • Use bots or scrapers without permission.

  • Disrupt or damage our systems.

Violations may result in suspension or refusal of service.


11. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability


11.1 No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.


11.2 Limitation of Liability

Ceazy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.


11.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ceazy against losses arising from your violations of these Terms.


12. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, violate platform rules, engage in fraud, or harm our reputation.

If a project is terminated:

  • You are responsible only for payment proportional to work already completed, according to the Refund Policy (Section 13).

  • You are not responsible for remaining unpaid amounts beyond completed work.

  • Refund eligibility follows Section 13 strictly.

Sections such as Intellectual Property and Liability survive termination.


13. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all commissions, custom projects, and service orders.


13.1 General Principles

  • Refunds are issued only according to this policy.

  • Refunds are proportional to work completed.

  • Upfront payment represents 50% of total project value.

  • Ceazy does not cover any transaction fees (Robux fees, payment processor fees, etc.).


13.2 Refunds When the Customer Cancels

If the customer cancels:

  • Refund is possible only if less than 35% of the project is completed.

  • Refund amount = unused portion of the upfront payment.

Example:

  • Upfront = 50%

  • Work done = 30%

  • Refund = 20% (unused portion of upfront)

If 35% or more is completed → no refund.


13.3 Refunds When the Customer Is at Fault

If the client violates terms, platform rules, engages in misconduct or causes termination:
No refund will be issued, regardless of work completed.


13.4 Refunds When Ceazy Cancels (Client Not at Fault)

If Ceazy cancels for reasons not caused by the customer:

  • Customer receives a refund of the unused portion of the upfront payment.

  • Additional compensation or credit may be given at Ceazy’s discretion.


13.5 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Completed commissions

  • Delivered digital assets

  • Expedited delivery fees

  • External transaction/payment fees

  • Sponsorship payments

  • Advertising payments

  • Giveaway purchases

  • Store Credit / Product Credit rewards


14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ceazy Technologies is incorporated.

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction’s courts unless otherwise agreed.


15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found invalid, it will be limited or removed as needed. The rest remains fully enforceable.

These Terms, along with our standalone policies, constitute the full agreement between you and Ceazy.


16. Additional Policies

You also agree to abide by our standalone policies, such as:

  • Refund Policy

  • Staff Policy

  • Partnership Policy

  • Sponsorship Policy

  • Giveaway Policy

  • Advertising Policy

Where conflicts occur, the standalone policy overrides for that topic.
